SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic Orders: Domestic orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of the order. There are instances where orders will be delayed beyond the stated time and the customer will be advised accordingly. Domestic customers generally receive their orders within 3 - 5 business days of mailing.

International Orders: International customers will generally receive their orders in 4 - 7 business days. If you have not received your order within the stated time, please send an email to mail@chineseassassinent.com with your transactions ID # and email address.

Return/Exchange Policy

World Class Customer service is our utmost importance and we want to make sure that our Fans/Supporters/ Customers are 100% satisfied with each and every order.

If you receive a defective item, please send us an email at mail@chineseassassinent.com please put "Damaged or Defective Product" in the subject line and the Defect for example skipping, don’t play etc.

Please include your transaction ID #, Order #, your email address, and name of the defective item.

Once we have all the details and have confirmed your order, we will mail out your replacement CD (Please return via mail the “Defective Item”) This helps us to maintain the quality and also correct any technical or human errors. If you had selected the download option and files were incomplete or corrupted, we will reset your download and make it available to you.
